Click Support in the top navigation bar

Verify your name and email are pre-filled from your account

Select a subject from the dropdown

Describe your issue in the Message field

Click Submit Request

For urgent production issues, include request IDs, error messages, the model in use, and any relevant timestamps.

Click Feedback in the top navigation bar

Type your feedback — what's working, what's missing, or what could be better

Click Submit Feedback

Feedback is reviewed by the Sciforium team and used to inform the product roadmap.
